The Mental Health/Disability Services of County Rural Offices of Social Services Region (CROSS region) is a partnership between 7 counties to provide comprehensive brain health and disability services to individuals in south central Iowa. CROSS Region provides financial support for mental health and disability services programs to individuals within the CROSS Region.
